1. Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements, no hidden fees, and no surprises at checkout.
2. Shipping Destinations & Exclusions

  • Coverage: We currently ship to all valid residential and business addresses within the United States.
  • Exclusions: At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international locations.

3. Shipping Timeline
To help you estimate when your package will arrive, please refer to our processing and transit times below:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 3:00 PM (PST) – Pacific Standard Time (Monday – Friday).
    • Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the following business day.
  • Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time: 2 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3 – 8 Business Days.

Note: “Business days” refers to Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update. If you do not receive your tracking number within 4 business days, please contact us at info@cozycookware.com.

  • UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL.

6. Delivery Issues & Responsibilities

  • Incorrect Address: The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Please double-check your details at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once the handling process has begun.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Cozycookware is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed “Delivered” status from the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
  • Order Changes & Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the shipping phase, it can no longer be canceled.
