    You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

2. Which carriers do you use for shipping?
We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, USPS, and DHL Express to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently based on your specific location.
3. Are there any duties or extra fees for U.S. orders?
No. There are no additional duties or hidden fees for domestic U.S. orders. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Yes, we accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. To do so, please email us at info@cozycookware.com as soon as possible. Please use the subject line “Change My Order” or “Cancel My Order” and include your full name and order number.
