1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: The item must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
3. No Return Fees
We believe in a stress-free shopping experience, which is why we offer the following:
- Return Shipping Cost: $0.00 (Free). We cover the cost of return shipping for both defective products and “change of mind” returns.
- Restocking Fee: $0.00 (None). We do not charge any fees to restock your returned items.
4. How to Start a Return
We strive to make the process as easy as possible:
- Pack the Item: Place the item securely in its original packaging.
- Use the Pre-paid Label: A pre-paid return shipping label is included in your original package. Simply attach this label to the outside of the box.
- Drop Off: Deliver the package to the carrier location designated on the label (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
- Lost Label? If you cannot find your return label, please email us at info@cozycookware.com and we will send you a digital copy to print.
5. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@cozycookware.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your refund once the item arrives at our facility.
- Bank Delays: Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time (usually 3–5 business days) to post the refund to your account.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
