Shipping Costs We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Processing & Delivery Times Our goal is to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping timeline below:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 3:00 PM (PST) – Pacific Standard Time. (Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day).
  • Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Time: 2 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3 – 8 Business Days.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package. If you have not received a tracking number within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Carriers We use trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL to deliver your products safely.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Cozycookware is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please ensure the delivery address is secure.
  • Wrong Address: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you made an error, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after the order has been processed.

Changes and Cancellations Any changes or cancellations to orders must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
